National Family Week

With National Family Week coinciding with half term next week, I was keen to find out what was going on in Swindon.  There are over 5000 events nationwide.

I went to the website:
http://www.nationalfamilyweek.co.uk/events/
2 events in Swindon:
- Family fun picnic at Lydiard Park (hosted by Mums Business Club & Gift Aid Association)
- Book at Bedtime Pyjama Party (hosted by SBC). Seems to be involving the children's centres.
"This event is private and closed to the general public. If you want to attend please contact the host."

Is this all that Swindon has to offer?  Bath is hosting one of the flagship events. Might have to go there instead!
