Wiltshire 2010 International Paranormal & UFO Conference
« on: February 15, 2010, 11:03:51 am »
Hi!
Thought I'd let you all know about the above conference.  This year we are in Warminster, once the UFO Capitol of the UK and we have a fantastic line-up of speakers.  The subjects cover many different aspects of the fortean world and many different beliefs.

We present:

Dr. David Clarke - UFO expert and the man behind the government UFO file releases.
Dr. Ciarán O'Keeffe - Known for his role in TV's Most Haunted programme.
Andy Roberts : The UFO Skeptic.  Andy has appeared on many TV documentaries and writes for Fortean Times with David Clarke.
Brian Allan is one of Scotlands leading researchers in the Rosslyn Chapel.  He talks about his new research that deals with Magic and technology.
Andrew Collins : Well known for this work in Egypt and secret passages at Giza.
ASSAP: Serving officers from this established and respected UK research organisation.
Wal Thornhill is from Australia and is a leading researcher into Plasma and its role in the Universe.

Cheers
Chris
You do not have to invoke the paranormal just because you can't explain it.

Thanks for the comment:)

BIG News here, we have teamed up with Barnes Travel and will be offering coach trips from Swindon to the conference on both days.

The bookings will be on the Barnes travel site in the next few days!  It would be good to see people from Swindon at the event!

In 2011, we have a 500+ seater venue and plan to hold the largest paranormal event in the UK - IN SWINDON!  WhooHoo!

Come and support us in 2010 - either by a short car trip to Warminster (well ok, 50 mins), or book with Barnes and have a really weird (chuckle) weekend  :)

Our latest press release is at  http://www.mystical-county.org.uk/booking%20form/press%20release.pdf or you can follow us on Facebook or #Weird10 on twitter.

:)

Cheers
Chris

took part in the armed forces day parade in Swindon today from east street, along faringdon road up park lane and then down church place and into st marks church, there were 4 standard bearers on parade, a small band from basingstoke, who knew abut 6 tunes, and about 8 vets, thats all that the mighty Swindon could muster for such a parade, and i watched Cardiff's parade, it was like something else, priorities I presume!!!!, and they want city status.... :2funny:
