Tintin & the Secret of Literature
« on: May 16, 2007, 10:57:22 pm »
Tintin and the Secret of Literature (published this month) is by Tom McCarthy, who is both writer and artist, and will be appearing at the Museum & Art Gallery in Bath Road at 12.30 pm on Saturday 19 May.  This year is Herge's centenary and the book is "a fascinating exploration into writing, illustrating, and the nature of literature" according to the Festival programme.  All a Tintin fan wants to know, by the looks of it.

Honestly speaking, I am a fan of Tintin & the Secret of Literature. This book of literature is for an art lover. After reading this book, you will want to go back to the comics and you will find out that you read them from a different perspective.
